For CS DD during the Patient Encounter
To be first ruled out
  • Unilateral chest pain - first rule out - any traumatic cause
  • Woman of reproductive age with delayed periods or amenorrhea - first rule out- Pregnancy
  • Child showing difficult and rapid breathing- first rule out- Lower respiratory tract infection
To be ruled out
  • Patient with Unilateral hearing loss- rule out- any intracranial mass lesion.
  • Patient with symptoms of depression - rule out- Thyroid disease.
  • Patient with history of falls and head trauma - rule out - Sub dural haematoma
  • Patient with dementia - rule out - Hypothyroidism( can be a late manifestation).
  • Patient with fatigue for months - rule out - Hypothyroidism
  • Patient with weight gain - rule out - Hypothyroidism.
  • Child with high fever,drowsiness, No urine output - rule out - Bacteremia/Sepsis.
