Help My HUSBAND CS exprience will he pass?

Things missed:
1) leg raise test in back pain
2) did not do a visual acuity test
3) did not write down ABD exam finding
4) called him self with first and last name than said he is the doctor in the clinic in one case.
5) he did not summerize what patient said but finished all cases and gived diagnostic work up, differntial diagnosis, answered questions and did counseling
6) had spelling mistakes, like [bronchieactisis] and [excerbation]
7) one patient was in so pain that he did not do any physical exam other than ABD
8) one case was so weird the guy shook his hand very hard, he forgot to check his JVD, and Edema
9) wrote good notes but missed some points. 1-2 points
10) did not ask name of pain medication
11) 1-2 case did not ask what makes it better what makes it worst.

he wrote these wrong.

1)WNL: than wrote the VS which wore high.

2)he wrote his patient history as a story not section by section

3)he wrote some differential work up in different orders but 1 & 2 are either 2 or 1.

He did show a lot empathy and good personal skills

Will he pass. He is so worried he want to die, he is so depressed. He is literally just crying

Wow pls tell him to calm down. He will most likely pass but no one can say for sure. One thing is certain if he keeps at it, he will be a nervous wreck for over 2mths and that can affect his health and life! As a doctor, he needs to be much much stronger, life is bigger than that.

hi
i understand how your husband feels. i am awaiting my result and its a torturous time for me. no one can predict who will pass or fail.
your husband will just have to arrive at a place of peace by himself, you can encourage him and be strong for him but in the end its his decision.
after my exam i kept calling people to lament, and they encouraged me but the truth is the fears came back again, so as an individual you have to reach the point where you just leave it in the hands of God.
pls do something fun with him, start studying for the next step, its out of your control humanly speaking!
i pray that he has a testimony concerning this when his result comes out amen.

Idea! Doctor Must Be Strong

@Shima,

I hope your husband pass it.

Being doctors, we have to be strong and positive all the time. Indeed we have to keep ourself happy by our own. Please let him be happy by telling him that in fact all of our life is EXAM. We WILL face plenty of such moments in future. Every patient we deal with is actually an exam. This is all I keep in mind and it keeps me happy most of the time.

I've highlighted the reasons why he would pass!

Reassure him, I think he should be okay.

You'll be fine qurat21!

No point in worrying about something that isn't in your control anymore right?
