Question Patient Note Review of Systems

Hi everyone,

On the sample Patient Note for most cases in the First Aid, the First Aid always mentions:

ROS: Negative except as above.

I understand the RoS is included in the HPI.
Is it ok if we do this in the real test?

Thanks!

ROS is review of other systems. At times in negative history u would be mentioning just the pertinent negative history related to the c/c. so in that case ROS comes handy as it includes all other systems are normal except those mentioned in hPI. so yes u can (should) use the ROS immediately after the HPI.
