Default What constitutes a failure in a case?

Hello all,

Just wondering, when determining ICE, what constitutes a failure in a particular case? For example, I just gave my exam a couple of weeks ago, and there were a few cases where I forgot to do a critical PE maneuver that would've led me to the right diagnosis. Now, I feel my note was well written based on what I had done and asked. However, I did miss the right diagnosis. So, I put other reasonable diagnoses based on what I had gathered. Because I missed a critical PE maneuver and didn't get the correct diagnosis, will I have failed this case? I remembered to close and counsel and all that. Please let me know. I'm really freaking out about all the stuff I didn't do, and it seems that everyone else made far fewer mistakes than I did!!
