Default Images in exam

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anybody had an idea of what these new images entail in CS that are starting from May 22. How are we supposed to interpret them? If its a chest x-ray with possible malignancy, we tell them the possibility and order a CT scan? If its free air under the diaphragm, do we tell them they need an exlap asap and that's the whole interaction?

Any input would be appreciated.

I think no one would be able to say that till they have actually taken the exam from May 22. But one would assume it would probably be like you said. Though I seriously doubt if they would ask us to make a management decision based on imaging. I think it would be something really simple (say like pneumonia) where you would be showing the thing to the patient and explaining the diagnosis.
