Unhappy Question: Fail type PE of pt notes in 2 cases

I just finished my CS exam today. In the first 2 cases I was too nervous to have enough time typing PE findings of pt notes. Besides, I only typed positive PE findings in another 2 cases because of limited time again.
I did closure and answered all the challenging questions for all cases. I also finished other parts of pt notes for all cases. I think I left too late and typed too slowly...
I am really anxious that I may fail because of incomplete notes. Does anyone have similar experience?

Try not to stress until you get ur results back.

I had many people with a similar experience, worrying they did not meet all the required criteria for every case.

So long as you did well overall you should be ok.

Good luck

I had the same experience if not a much worse experience than you. There were 4 cases in which I forgot to do/ask some critical things, as a result, I think I screwed up my DDx for those cases. But what I did do was to make sure I closed every case and asked if the pt had any questions, etc. Still not sure whether that'll be enough to pass.

Hello Cheesesteak, I had my cs exam yesterday and just realising how many mistakes I made. I didn't do all of the relevant examinations and forgot some questions I should have asked. I also didn't finish some of the patient notes and some of my diagnoses were wild guesses. One simple case I just realised I got wrong in terms of diagnosis. I feel very nervous now especially since ALOT of AMGs were at my center. I'm wondering if they compare the group? Anyhow, I will just have to pray and wait.
