Mini cases are helpful in orienting you towards the cases you will get in the exam. The first thing which one should realize is that the cases on the CS exam would have multiple diagnosis and NOT just one diagnosis. You can get used to the differential diagnosis by going through these mini cases.
One should just go through them a couple of time and not memorize all of them.
