Angry Done with step 2 CS; What do you think?

done with step 2 cs couple of days ago. practiced for a little over 2 weeks. used first aid and cse videos. practiced with a live partner.

these are my mistakes. do let me know what you think
1. was very nervous in the first case.was a neuro case and could finish the exam and just when i was about to finish my closure the encounter was over.she was giving a very lengthy history and boy she made me soo nervous
2. on the very last case barely finished my closure.pretty sure was speaking in a rush for the last 15 sec of the encounter
3. forgot to ask some questions in every case.time flies while u are inside the room and the sp wont be of any help to u.
4. didnt have time to complete full pe as in first aid.however listened to heart and lungs in every single case
5. for the very last case i forgot the name of the dd and entered a wrong dd as my first dd.totally unforgivable
6. summarised all they told me before starting my that enuf?
7. my closure was as follows

mr/mrs x based on the info u have given me and my pe the most probable cuse of ur prob is this or that (explained in laymens terms after giving a medical term) and 2 tests. we need to run these tests to get to a definitive diagnosis. we ll let u know after we get the results and we ll then sit and discuss and i will presnt to u all treatment options and we can together decide the next course of action.

dunno if this is good enough
8. followed the exact same template in first aid for pn. mesed with the order of dd in a few cases

these are the things i did right
washed hands
counseled on the spot and didnt wait till the end
explained everything i was going to do
offered water, dimmed the lights when needed
pam hugs foss for every case

the last few days have been hell for me considering it is a very subjective exam. had no problems with communicating with sp but as time goes on i dont even remember what i did or missed. so many thoughts about did i empathise enuf? was i professional enuf? keep haunting me.

please do share your thoughts
