Question Time too short while practicing

I m wondering if I can use abbreviations in PN
More than usual like
Doesn't instead of does not
Haven't Have not
M. Months
Wks. Weeks
Also if I write incomplete sentences maybe forgetting some comas or full stops
Some advices pls regarding time control

Default some answers please,admins help

because time control could be a cause of not passing the exam
also i want to ask about how to write extremity exam in motor,sensory,reflexes
can i write
LL for lower limbs or legs
UL for upper limbs
M for motor
S for sensation
DTR for reflexes
in joint exam:
can i write no T,H,S,R
for tenderness,hotness,swelling,redness

well as far as doent havent its i think fine but ,..as t s h i dont think its write,..coma and fullstop is also not a very big problem,..use to be careful to write your findings correctly because these are the things which is most imp,..are you giving the test with new format,..any tips about that,..mine is on 31 of july,.havent started my prepration yet
