Default patient note help

please guys, i took my exam recently, and im not much of a typist, in the last minute rush , i wrote half the patient note in lower case and the remainder in upper case , is that okay??? im really scared that im gonna fail , please let me know if anyone had such an experience before

Hey! Upper or lower case doesn't matter to scoring. So, I think it's completely ok. No worry.
