Default Worried about CS

Hey all, I took this exam back in late July and am still waiting for my result. I've been thinking about it constantly since I took it and all the mistakes I made .
1) In one of the cases, when auscultating the heart of a woman, I auscultated mitral area over the breast! (I was just so nervous, was my first case!). In that same case I shone a light in her eyes even though she had a headache (she gave me permission to do so).
2) There were 2-3 cases where I forgot to order an important test. At least 2 cases where I missed an important differential.
3) I had one case where I may have given the patient some false reassurance about a diagnosis but only realized after I walked out!
4) There was one case, which it didn't seem like the patient liked me and then I mentioned cancer as a possibility and he freaked out, and then time expired, so I walked out without saying anything else.
5) One case, where I had no idea what was going on.
6) I also may have forgot to pull the footrest a few times.
7) And finally, I never summarized the history for any of the cases I think. I just explained my diagnoses and what tests I would order.

I finished all but one of the cases on time and closed on all of them and asked the patient if they had any further questions. Always introduced myself and washed my hands. Appropriately draped the patient as well. But since that test I've been so worried and feel like it'll be a miracle if I pass.

Thanks for the response. I know, but I keep thinking I made so many mistakes, that it's just so hard to stay positive!

A few more mistakes were that I did a physical test wrong and reported it positive because of my improper technique. I think I'm screwed!

Update:

I PASSED! And I passed pretty comfortably as well, with nothing touching borderline. For anyone reading this in the future, I was absolutely convinced I failed, especially in CIS, but you just gotta have faith and try to avoid reading online forums too much because it will only worry you.
