Hammer and Otoscope Deep Tendon Reflexes in the CS Exam!

Hi all:

If we do not have time to do all the four reflexes (biceps, triceps, knees, achiles), and we do only one in each upper and lower extremities. How can we document it? Can we still say: 2+DTRs bilaterally and symmetrically?

Idea! My Personal Opinion

Personally I would state which ones I did do; for example: Achilles and brachial reflexes 2/4 BL (I would leave the symmetrically out just because if I put 2/4 then that means they are all 2/4 BL!) Up for debate though just my thoughts! GL
