Unhappy Practice with non medical person!

Is it OK to practice with a non-medical person? One of my family members is very good in English but she's not a medical person.

Is that enough to practice the FA cases? Please advice

Yes, you can
However, it's far better if you do it with a medical person and even much better if you do it with someone who's getting ready for the exam.
