Computer Typing the PN, HPI or DDx first?

Hi all:

3 days to exam, but i still have doubts about the timming to finish the new PN. Anyone has suggestions to write the new PN? We start from the DDx, but shall we leave the history findings and physical findings for each diagnosis after we finish writing the history. And after that we just copy and paste to those columns?

What do you think?

Good luck Justin!!! I start from the beginning because you can copy and paste the history into the Ddx.

I wish you the best of luck friend
