Computer Paragraph versus Bulleted Patient Note

Please help.

It is allowed to have 2 types of patient notes: one is written as a paragragh, the other is a bullet form. How do we generate the bullet form just like we do in Office WORD? Does the patient note program in the actual CS test allow us to generate bullet form?

Will the program in computer shows the "time elapsed (min: sec) on the top of the patient notes? just like those in UWORLD interactive Pt notes, so that we could easily see how many min and sec left? or we just have to see the clock at the right bottom corner of the computer screen to estimate how much time we have used?

Thanks

soso

You cannot generate bullet forms, you can just do like this;
- HPI: ....
- ROS: ....

-
And so forth.

However, I don't recommend it wit the new Patient Note Computer software because every ENTER stroke will reduce your remaining characters allowance tremendously, therefore, I recommend the paragraph form.

Yes. You can do bullets in one case and paragraphs in another case, there's no problem with that.

No. There's no clock timer, there will be voice announcement in the center when you have two minutes remaining to finish the PN.
