Computer Badge Number and the Patient Note Computer!

Two questions here regarding CS test:

1. Will the badge No. on our arm match the cubicle/computer No. when we type patient notes, that means, is it true we will always use the same computer? Every time before we type in, do we need to enter the USMLE ID, room No., Badge ID, and Encounter No.? These will be counted into the 25 min, right?

2. Is the Examinee Instruction in patient note exactly the same as the doorway information?

Thanks

soso

Default

Your Badge ID, USMLE ID, Encounter Number, ..etc will all be automatically populated into the computer screen when you sit to write the patient note, you don't need to enter them just check them if they are correct.

It's not the same computer, you will rotate into the rooms and next to each room there's a computer. The center computers are set up into a network so that the computer knows that for example after case no. 5 John Smith is coming to write the patient note on patient room number y for example.

Yes. The examinee instructions are exactly the same as the doorway information.
