Default Writing Down Notes while History Taking in the CS!

Would it be awkward if I jotted down some notes while interviewing the patient?

Would the SP mind those small moments of silence?

I would obviously try to limit them to as few as possible.

Or is it better not taking notes at all?

I just asked them " do u mind if i take notes"
and most of them just said "no problem"
n hence i scribbled imp stuff because its hard to remember stuff about history
but i tried to remember the physical findings
cuz u cant write while examining
hope it helps
