Question Differential Diagnosis for Diabetic or Hypertension case?

Shall we have to write differential diagnosis for follow up case like DM, HTN?

The CS Cases are structured in a way that there will always be 2 or 3 differentials.

So even if it is a follow up case on a diabetic patient, you will find some other stuff to worry about such as diabetic neuropathy, diabetic nephropathy, and even unrelated stuff, the SP might be also having headache for example.

The CS exam writers do that on purpose, they want to test your diagnostic abilities so they have to structure the case that way.
