Computer space issue in Patient Note Entry Form, please help

When I practice using the Patient Note Entry Form from the USMLE website, I will easily run into trouble if my HPI paragraph is 3 lines. So can I organize the structure this way and will it be accepted? Thanks.

-3 lines as a paragragh
-Ros
-Medication/Allergy
-PMH/PSH
-SH/FH or birth history/vaccination/development

At some point even this might not help, I believe you need to go without any new lines, just use period between them Ex; HPI----. ROS-----.Allergies--- & so forth.

Just gave the exam, there is no space issue. The example note on the website is not the same as the one in the exam. I started a new line each time and wrote really long sentences and I still didn't run out.

This really helpful, so confidently, I will go with new line for each of the entries. Thanks.

Are you 100% sure that there is no Character Limit in the NEW PATIENT NOTE? I want to confirm.
