Thanks so much for taking your time and making all these videos!

I have a question regarding Physical Examination:

-Did you do the focused physical exam first prior to doing other parts of the physical, for example.. if Chief Complaint was Abdominal Pain, did you go straight into examining the Abdomen and then did heart/lung auscultation, or did you always follow a specific sequence?

-Also, how did you have a specific sequence for your Neurologic Physical Exam?

did you take notes during the encounter. I've heard some people say don't take any notes and I've heard some people say take them as you need but ask the patient if its ok first.

I don't know which one to do...what did you do???

I asked at the beginning of the encounter as I sat down if it was ok for me to take notes as we spoke...

ok thanks. Thats what I was planning on doing too. Just a little worried about procedure, heard a lot of CS horror stories.
