Thanks Dr_Laura for your helpful information. I have two questions for you, I hope you will get time to answer them:
1. In cases of pre-employment checkup, do we write on the form provided by the SP or on the computer after we leave the room, please explain this point about what we suppose to do. should we follow the routine history & exam or there are specific questions in the form.
2. In pediatrics cases, we know there is no physical exam, so can we use the space for physical exam on the PN & write prenatal/birth----etc in this space.
Thanks

Yes they will give you a separate form and you must fill that out. Questions will be on the form.

Peds cases - I don't think that you are supposed to use that space for History. Just write None in PE space.

Thanks for your response.
So you take history & physical exam based on the questions on the form, so I should read it before I start.
You mean I fill the form by hand when I go out the room, or on the computer.
This means I will not give it the SP.
Thanks

read the patient notes in CSE. They are written according the new new setup. There are history findings and physical exam findings for each diagnosis.

Sorry that results r postponed for a wk .thats ok I hope you'll pass with high performance . I have a question ... U did not mention anything about the new changes in patient notes i.e writing the DDx with its relevant history and physical examination findings ! Was it easy to write these , we're you able to find physical findings for most of the diagnoses? What if it is not ur first diagnosis but you have to write it as an alternative diagnosis & u have no physical finding to support it would u write none ?
My other question is how many diagnoses and lab tests u wrote / case ?
Thx in advance
Wish u all the best

Thanx for the great video.
I hav 1 q regarding mnemonics- did u write them before entering into the room?if yes, when did u write?(i mean while standing infront of the door or even earlier while still sitting on the chair?) are we allowed to write in our blue-sheet before the encounter is announced?

I appreciate your suggestions...

No you are not allowed... Once the encounter is announced I would write it while waiting outside the door.
