Default prep course for CS

Het, guys! Im very new to this forum. Little bit about myself.Passed Step 1 with 201 (second attempt), step 2 CK with 209(first attempt). Also, Im old (1999) IMG.Im working as EEG technician for 3.5 years, have 1 publication.I know, i know, chances are low, but I dont give up.
So, going for Step 2 CS now.Ive decided to take prep course for CS and wonder since I live in Tennessee, which one live prep I can take closest to me?
Any suggestions will be very helpful

I'm an old IMG, let me give you some advice, go for CES videos as much as you could, until you feel comfortable with them, read FA very well I think you will be fine. If you have any questions I will be happy to answer.
