Default LAD for lymphadenopathy

Hi All,
Csevideos have LAD i think for lympadenopathy.Is this acceptable to use in the real exam? Iam an IMG not so familiar with some abbreviations that may/may not be acceptable in US clinical practice.

It is acceptable, you need to use it same some time.
