Hammer and Otoscope No time for neuro exam

Hi every body
I have questions I hope some of you guys might get time to answer.
In the real exam do we have time to do MME full & Neuro full beside heart auscultation + Carotids auscultation + chest auscultation for case of forgetfulness & confusion. I tried to practice that by giving my self 5 min, I couldn't finish. Any advice please.
Thanks

I don't want to advertise, but I think CSE video beautifully answers your question. It teaches how to do the PE really fast, and how to pick the most relevant PE maneuvers for each particular case.
