this was discussed many times on this and other forums, just google it.
To be short: Rumors say that Phily and LA are the worst for IMG's, but most people logically conclude that this is no more that urban legend and a selection bias.

BTW, "forum people" recently added Chicago to the list of "IMG unfriendly" centers I believe all centers are gonna get labeled like that soon.

The centre does not matter as there are standardized patients in all centres and they have been trained to understand all accents. Also they try to maintain a neutral accent, which is easy to understand.
