Search CV and respiratory system examinations

Someone might have talked about this earlier, but Im too lazy to go through every post. but...

As time is crucial when we do our patient encounter, I was wondering how important it is that we do front/back pulmonary exam and heart exam sitting/lying? i mean has anyone failed cause they e.g only did full pulm from the back-?

I guess you would do both if you have a complaint related to CV/pulm, but for any other system complaint you would just do it with the patient sitting?

any advice is greatly appreciated
