Default How to empathize with jaundice/rash

Hello,

I would like to know how would i empathize with someone coming in with just yellowish discoloration or rash as a cheif complaint.

I mean it doesn't look logic to say 'oh, you must be having a terrible/bad experience or whatever,,,

Thanks.

I understant what you are saying, but still if someone has yellow sclera, definitely he will be concerned. So you can say something like; I can hear the concern in your voice, I would do everything I could, to help you figure out what causing this.
