I want to thank all of you who replied to my questions and gave me several pieces of advice. I took my exam last week of August. I have to wait up to Dec 3rd for my results...long long wait. I will trust in God for a pass and just wait

Hello . Congrats for being done with cs exam... Hope u will pass with high performance.
I have a question how did u do in patient note ? How many DDx did u write and if u didn't find any physical finding to support your diagnosis did u write none or left it blank plz help me I'm confused , I don't know what is the best to do ?

We are not to discuss anything about the exam.Iam sorry i can't help much. some general advice .. practice on the new patient note and if u can get csevideos and go thru them they will be helpful.The videos have diagnoses and physical findings for the diagnosis
