Question Psychiatric case- hallucination

Hi every body, in such case, the physical exam is only the psychiatric exam. No need to do CV, chest or CNS. Is that correct?
I think the time is not going to allow for more than that.
What do you think guys.
Thanks.

I would definetely do full MMSE + full neuro at least. I would optionally add heart and lung auscultation if I felt that time allows for that.

I don't think you will get enough time to do this.
