Question Extend history to PE section if you run out of space!

this is for phone cases, surrogate cases i.e. in which there is no requirement of physical examination.
in these type of cases there is sometimes very long history.
in Kaplan 35 complex cases it is written that we can put some part of history in physical examination section if we run out of space in history section.

I just want to ask is it the correct method?

Never do that!

The Kaplan book is outdated, the book was written before the mandatory computer typing of patient note.

With the current electronic note, you will be significantly penalized if you put history in the PE section.
