Unhappy Failed cs very sad..

Hi forum docs
I did not have a good feeling to begin with, I failed ice and cis I speak english so I would be shocked if I failed sep. not gonna say what I used dont want to hurt the other programs but I feel ripped off and want to just freak out on them. I did a live course for 3 days in manhattan what a mistake. It is so hard to tell what to use so many spammers and liars around I will never recommend a live course to anyone. so any suggestions on what to use this time around. definitely a online course either csevideo uw or is there anything online for kaplan and the fa please share your experiences and opinions
bye gonna go have a lot to drink !

Default Some important tips

I am sorry to hear this but i am sure that it will helps you to pass your exam in the second attempt. what i recommend is to find a serious study partner and subscribe with CSE videos. It will heps you a lot.
Try to apply what you learn from cse videos at your study partner, believe me this is the best way to prepare for the exam. Also i want to emphasize, you dont need to be perfect to pass the exam . Just take the hints from cse videos so you know how to act in the exam. again, you dont have to speak as much as they speak and you dont need to do as much physical exam as they do. but they will help you how to rush the encouter incase you need to do so. One more thing, an important rule to pass the exam, it is much more important to do everythiing quickly than doing less things perfectly and ending skipping important parts because of shortage of time. The most important parts of the encouter is the begining and the clsoure as well. whats in between is less important. So its wise to keep enough time for the closure than spending the time in the history and the physical exam and ending skipping the closure. from a personal experience, dont waste a lot of time at the physical exam, just examine the involved system. you dont need to examine the heart and lungs if they are not involved unless you have a plenty of time, be very focused in your examined system.
Again, this is from my personal experience and i hope that it will hepls you. Wish you the best of luck.

Default You'll be good

Sorry to hear about that. Just try to practice with a study partner that's the key. Practicing the FA cases with a partner several times will be good. I don't know but it seems kaplan has some live courses but it's expensive,so just practice practice and you will ace it the next time. Good Luck.

Sorry to hear about that. I would suggest you to practise with somebody who can give you an honest feedback about your preparation. The best deal would be a friend who has already passed CS with a good result . Doing few cases in an hour can help you a lot if they point your mistakes and suggest ways to correct them.

Default My Advice

It sucks that you failed but you can do it this time around! Gotta believe. As others have stated most important is practice practice and practice. Be sure to practice history, pt note and differentials. That's the highlights, if you want more in depth info I posted a long thing on here titled my advice yesterday. Just pick yourself up and believe you can get through it this time!! If you ever have any questions feel free to ask.

I failed my CS the first time around, the CIS part.

The second time around I subscribed to CSE videos and followed along in FA while watching. The cases are very very similar. I just watched the videos over and over and over until I was sick and tired of them. Then I practiced the methods they showed in CSE videos over and over.

This time I passed with flying colours. Watch CSE videos and practice. You will not fail again.
