Sphygmomanometer How to check Orthostatic Hypotension in the CS

How to check orthostatic hypotension in encounter as you know it has to be in 3 minutes apart and 2 BP check which is really hard in real encounter so help please.

There's no time to check blood pressure in the CS exam.

If you really suspect orthostatic hypotension, you can mention it in your work up in the patient note.

Don't do it.
