Question Third Space for DDx Left Blank

Based on PN sample in USMLE's own web site the 3rd space for differential diagnosis is left blank so my question is do we lose point if we leave it blank because of time problem ??

I guess you are talking about the PN example in the official USMLE website mentioned in this link

You won't be penalized for leaving a blank space if the case does not have three possible differentials (only 2).

If the case has 3 possible differentials and you mention only two and in that case you will lose points.
