the long cases u should practice with someone and then go back to see what u missed. however the mini cases is just the dd and presentation. also get the kaplan 35 cases for cs. it is really good. i did the fa 4th edition. it has extra cases. do that.

I found the mini-cases helpful for the differential diagnosis. really you need to spend some time on them. Long cases these you need to practice them with a partner, many times, until you get comfortable & fast enough to do them timed.

The mini-cases, helps with differential, & what you suppose to ask the SP, in similar cases. Any way they are very helpful & you need to go through them carefully, but for practice, just do the 41 cases.
I repeat for me CSE vedios were very helpful.

honestly i am not a person who would memorize every single word. u should read the history and then think about the most 5 obvious dd's. and then look up to see what u r missing. therez nothing to memorize. coz u may not come across the same scenarios. also do the flash cards from 35 cases. it might help with the mini cases.

i think so as long as u include everything forbidden exam maneuvers eg rectal exam pelvic give 2 ddxs with explanation of blood imaging tests to be ordered and counseling about safesex practices and smoking and then ending with do u have any questions for me
and ofcourse
as long as patient understands u and what u say makes sense

well i cannot tell you for sure, whether your strategy will work or not. all i can say is try to include all the points by making a format and stick with it. and practice.
