I'm IMG, also, Im living in USA. I think you need more, do not put your self at risk. Give it more practice with a partner, & you need CSE videos beside FA.

Default You can do it!

You can do it within this time believe me. I have friends who have poor english speaking skills, but they learned by heart whatever was taught in the CSE videos and FA. To the point, when I asked them to demonstrate, they spoke amazingly well, however if I talk to them in English normally, thy are still poor haha.
They'll learn English gradually, while doing their residency and when they'll have to continuously speak English. But for now, they passed their CS, and that's what matters.
Good Luck!

Live CS course is good if you take it and of course if you have money on you. Otherwise, the CSE videos and FA are more than enough if you work hard over a few weeks.

I do not really think these courses are a must, in a matter of fact, I think it is not necessities, taking in consideration the cost & the short duration of these courses, so I do not think, there is any real benefits for the language, but they can give you some confidence.
The better alternative is CES videos & a lot of times practice.
