Thank u everyone for the wishes
just have one imp ques:
Should we examine both the anterior and posterior aspects of the chest in lung exam? and should we auscultate the heart in both sitting and lying down position and with both the diaphragm and the bell? there is no time?
Also how many areas for percussion/auscultation is sufficient for lung exam because in Bate's it is 7 areas in the back and 6 areas in the front?
thanks so much

Just auscultate 4 areas, obviously depends on the case, but dont lose time on that, focus only on the pertinent system and dont lose time.
I would just auscultate with the diaphragm

Mine is in Atlanta, scared to death((((((, have been practicing since late Oct, but still.....Ive heard that AMGs getting out of the room s much much earlier and that puts much much more pressure on IMGs, any ideas how they do that? I have feelings, since nobody checks your hx questioning now, they simply make up stories which fits the chief complaint! thats explains why their PNs look beautiful! their passing rate is 97, any other ideas?
