Idea! CS before CK?

Hey guys,

I'm thinking of taking my CS exam before my CK just because CS results take 3 months to come out & I'm doing my best to be done with all my exams before September.

How risky is this? Is it doable or not? I'm planning to study for it in abt a month & thank God, I don't have a problem with language or communications. Please help me.

If you are a graduate with reasonable clinical experience, there is no risk in taking the CS before the CK.

I'm IMG, I did it as step 1, CK & then CS, that really helped even with my language & clinical work out of cases in CS exam. But your idea is OK if you like to do CS before CK.

I would've loved to do the usual sequence of step1 first then ck then cs but bcoz cs results take 3 months to come out i feel that I should do it first. Anyway thanks alot for sharing ur experience & best of luck to everyone
