First Aid FA for CS; 4th versus 3rd Edition

Im sure this question has been asked before, but i couldn't find an answer to my doubts- is it worth to buy the new 4th edition? I already have the 3rd edition. I know three extra long cases have been added, and maybe a little here and there. But do you think its correlated with all the new cs changes? Or is the 3rd edition sufficient to do good? Please help! Thank you
