Default knee examination

in a case of knee pain what all tests do we do?
do we do all Ms Murray test,ant drawer test post drawer test?
in the UW videos he mentions all.

Knee exam
1. Inspect & palpate bilaterally.
2. While the patient is sitting do patellar reflex. Check popliteal pulse.
3. ROM; flexion & extension.
4. Motor power
5. Ask the patient to lie down;
a. Check joint stability; anterior drawer, posterior drawer.
b. McMurray meniscus test.
c. DP & TP pulses, sensation pinprick & dull.
