Info Step 2 CS and Matching timing doubts

Hi guys I have a few questions regarding the best dates to apply satisfactorily for the 2014 match. I know it is very early but I already scheduled the CS and if I am wrong I could do something about it right now. Another thing, my Medical Education Credentials were already checked and verified. And I already passed Step 1 and 2 CK with good scores.

1) The first thing to do is buy a token at ECFMG OASIS on June 26.
2) With that token register to ERAS on July 1 were I would get an AAMC number to upload the LORs, MSPE and Photo. The CV has to be uploaded here as well?
3) Register to NRMP on Sept 1. I scheduled the CS on June 3, the reporting dates are within August 14- Sept 11, and I know it takes 2 more week to receive the ECFMG Cerficate by mail. So I hope to receive my ECFMG Certificate by the 1st or 2nd week of September. What is better to increase my chances of matching, to register to NRMP on Sept. 1 with the CS report (passed of course) but without the ECFMG certificate?? or to wait to receive the ECFMG Certificate so my application would not be considered incomplete?

If I had understood this process incorrectly or if I missed something I would thank you deeply if you explain me. Thanks in advance.
