Info What are the new changes to the CS Exam!

Hello Dr's
I want to ask about the changes in CIS and ICE components in CS exam which started jan/2013, how should we prepare for these changes any idea??? and if you read the cs bulletin the subdivide already components for basic and advance any idea about this too? plz hel espicially who took the exam in 2013

I took CS in Jan 2013 and failed. I got 241 on Step 1. I used First Aid CS and studied for 2 weeks. Walking out of the exam, thought I passed. Anyways, long story short, now what? Do the residency programs see the # of attempts for CS exam?
