Default for CS, is first aid 3rd edition good enough?

can someone please help me with this.. i have first aid for step CS 3rd edition. is it ok? is there much difference from 4th edition?

i would say get the 4 edition if u can because it has 4 or 5 more cases then 3 edition.when is ur test?
i m looking for an sp .my exam is in 1 week may.

oh i will try getting the new edition then i havent taken the date yet.. i m waiting for my step 1 result actually..! then planning to take the date for april or may..whenever i get it, that is!
