Default number of lines/characters in PN, plz help

hey guys
for those who did the real CS exam,I am wondering about the patient note , in Usmle.org the history shouldn't be more than 950 chara , and limited number of lines ,, my problem is in the number of lines , is it the same in the real exam ? or better as UWorld .. i felt there is more space and doesn't display that i exceeded the number of lines too fast as usmle.org PN
I appreciate any reassurance or replies ,, thankss
