I am suffering from social anxiety disorder. I get anxious on many occasions. I'm afraid I will mess up every thing in the exam. Even meeting with my friends sometimes make uncomfortable. How am I going to pass this exam?

Please help me how to handle the CS exam I'm very anxious about it.

Consult a psychologist/psychiatrist. Drug therapy may help.

Also go for "live" CS course, here is a list

You might try looking into mindfulness. Do a google search for mindfulness and medical students. Helps relieve a lot of stress.

First of all, solid preparation and a lot of practice, just that increases your confidence. Learn about stress management techniques (there are a lot of free videos in youtube). Now for the exam you may try some valeriana tea, or prescribed medication like Propanolol. Take some Loperamide if your GIT gets easily upset under stress. If you are a believer, pray.

It would be good if you can find a live course which offers a mock test with extended feedback.

Now, if it is really an issue for you, get professional help. I'm sure you're aware a doctor's life is full of stressful situations which are not simulated, they're real. So if you think your anxiety is keeping you from a full development of all your potential as a physician, do something about it NOW.
