Hammer and Otoscope Back Pain Case Physical Exam

What is the focus physical examination needed to be done for back pain case and what is the recommended sequence of doing it?

Any help will be appreciated.

start with
1. Inspection
2. Palpation including the hip areas
3. ROM
4. St leg raise b/l
5. Gait including tip-toe and heel walking
6. Muscle strength, Sensations, DTR, Babinsky in Legs

hope i didn't miss anything

just do inspection palpatin and percusion of spine and muscles of back and then do examination of lower extremities for any neurovascular deficit........
