Question Patient Note Physical Finding Left Blank!

hey...one questions...in the physical findings to support the Dx...if i didnt find any, could i leave it blank or write none? i didnt write none in any...just left them blank!! :S

I believe you can do either way. If you watch the orientation video, during pediatric encounter they said "leave the physical exam part blank". So I believe this is analogous to that.

The other thing is, I believe the exam won't fail you for such irrelevant matter
