Question 3 History and 3 PE Findings!

i have my cs in 2 weeks in chicago. just wanted to know 1. in the DDx part of patient note. we only write in the positive findings to support our DDx not the negatives? And how important is it support the DDx with 3 physical findings and 3 history findings. i heard from some they didnt write anything and they still passed :/

I also have a related question!! When the differential includes disorders such as depression or anxiety, which dont have specific physical exam findings, should we just leave that section blank?? I dont know what to write for those sorts of diagnosis.
Does anyone else have any opinions on this??

Guys check out this sample patient note on the Step 2 practice materials. They have only put one PE finding in their differential so i guess its okay to leave it blank
