All it takes:

Be confident, not cocky, but confident - you are the boss, and they are there to get your oppinion. And in the real world you can tell them to gtfo before you agree to treat them, so no point in licking their a***les while getting the story.
Be polite - as if you are talking with your grandma or your little brother who is in pain and wining because of that.
Be smart - note all the details in the environment - their manners, their objects and so on.

Don't be awkward. - thats it, don't be awkward.

I had lots of mistakes. Well, everybody makes them.
Do your best while studying and go there, confident, dressed to kill and ready to help and treat people.

Be a doctor, with a test taking skills.

Good luck to y'all friends!

All is in the FA book.
This is more about leaving a "readable" note to another healthcare professional - so if you made a mistake in a word, but its still readable - youre good.

Practice typing notes, as its the only thing that is evaluated by real US MD.
Its hard to boost your typing overall skills in 10 days - so practice typing real notes from pt encounters so you'll have a muscular memory for common things...

Good luck
