Question Depression counseling

Could someone help me with counseling the patient of depression with the correct wordings that would include the following...

Sources of support-friends and loved ones, and community groups

Relaxation techniques- exercise, spending time with family and friends...

possible referral to a psychiatrist....

prescription for antidepressants........

Suicide contract.....

I just want to frame sentences well keeping these key points...

have my exam in few days....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.......

If they have supportive family and friends:

Mr X, I would recommend for you to spend time with your family and ask them for help if needed, you will feel better with their support and care. You can also try engaging in activities that relax you, for example exercising or nature walks, or even yoga. If you feel going to a psychiatrist might help you and I think it may, I will be more than happy to help you with that. There is a possibility that you may need antidepressants as they may alleviate your symptoms. I understand you are going through a difficult time, but with the help of your family and friends and proper treatment, I am certain you will start feeling better soon.

Just a rough idea.

It is important to tell the following words in a pt with suicidal ideations.....

"I would like you to promise me that if you feel like hurting yourself,you will call someone who can help you or go immediately to an emergency department"

Exactly as given in first aid,,,This is suicide contract.
