Default Bates Book?

I've heard of the Bates physical exam book but I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with it or has used it. Searching for it brings up a lot of confusing results as to which one. I've never actually seen a copy.

It is an awesome book, I used it as a med student.. but it is to much.. you should just focus on essentials which you can find in Youtube
